30-day money-back guarantee

InnerBloom offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Soul+ subscriptions. If InnerBloom isn't the soft place you hoped for, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase date — no awkward questions asked.

How to request a refund

Our payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout. You'll receive a secure link to your order.
  2. From your order, choose "Request a refund" and follow the instructions.
  3. You can also contact our support team in-app and we'll help you through the process.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 3–10 business days depending on your bank.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your Soul+ subscription at any time from the customer portal accessed via your profile. Cancelling stops the next renewal — you keep access until the end of your current billing period.

Renewals after the refund window

Renewal charges after the initial 30-day window are not automatically refundable, but if you forgot to cancel and haven't really used the Service, please reach out — we'll do our best to make it right.

Statutory rights
