Terms & Conditions

Last updated: May 30, 2026

1. Who you are contracting with

These Terms are a binding agreement between you and InnerBloom ("InnerBloom", "we", "us"), the provider of the InnerBloom emotional wellness application and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. The Service

InnerBloom offers an AI-powered emotional companion, mood tracking, journaling, breathing exercises, and related wellbeing tools. The Service is provided for general self-care and is not a medical device, therapy, or a substitute for professional mental-health care. If you are in crisis, please contact local emergency services or a qualified professional.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by:

  • using it for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes;
  • infringing anyone's intellectual property or privacy;
  • attempting to interfere with security (malware, probing, scraping, reverse engineering);
  • uploading content that is illegal, hateful, or violates third-party rights;
  • attempting to jailbreak the AI to produce harmful, illegal, or deceptive content.

You are responsible for the prompts you submit and the way you use AI-generated responses. AI outputs can be inaccurate or incomplete — verify anything important and do not rely on them for medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

4. Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use the Service.

5. Intellectual property

InnerBloom and all software, branding, and content we provide remain our property. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your selected plan. You retain ownership of the content you create; you grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to operate the Service.

6. Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, taxes, cancellations, renewals, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy.

Subscriptions (such as Soul+) renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time via the customer portal accessible from your account.

7. Service availability

We work hard to keep the Service running smoothly, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly violate our policies. You may stop using the Service at any time.

9. Warranties and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
